Are you a Trainee Pharmacist on course to qualifying in 2023?
If you’re looking to launch your career in hospital pharmacy, we’re looking for dynamic and enthusiastic pharmacists to join our busy team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals!
Our Rotational Clinical Pharmacist roles offer an excellent opportunity for Band 6 to 7 progression in a minimum of 18 months. We will also assist you in drafting a personal development plan for progression and provide support from the Principal Pharmacist, Education and Training, and your line manager. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse clinical rotations, including cardiology, surgical, women's services, and more!

Our Talent Pool for Band 6 to 7 progression Rotational Clinical Pharmacists has been designed to streamline your route into a career in pharmacy at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals.
To become a part of our talent pool, you will undergo a process similar to a regular job application. You will be shortlisted and invited for an interview. However, unlike a traditional job application, if successful at the interview stage, you will be added to our 'talent pool'.
Then, as Band 6 Rotational Pharmacist roles become available, we will appoint candidates from the talent pool in rank order, subject to passing the registration assessment and obtaining professional registration.
To make the process as swift as possible, we will complete your pre-employment clearances while you are in the talent pool, once you confirm your registration assessment results. This way, as soon as you are offered a post, you can start within days!
