Operations and Clinical Services support roles

Make a difference at work

These vital roles are located across our wards, community buildings, medical records departments, intensive care units, outpatient departments, call centers and many more public and behind-the scenes locations.

Be at the heart of the action

Operations and service managers take a wide view of everything going on in their clinical areas from operating theatres to inpatient facilities and outpatient clinics, working closely with their clinical leads on every aspect of the service’s performance.

Become a part of an exceptional team!

Each part of the service needs friendly, caring support teams to support doctors and nurses with the information they need, help keep patients moving effectively around hospitals, welcome and explain things on receptions and more.
